Maureen Denise McCormick born 5th August 1956 in Woodland Hills California, youngest daughter, and the sole son of Richard McCormick. Her father taught in the school system and her mom was a stay-at-home mother. Michael Dennis Kevin, her two brothers older. At a young stage of life, McCormick enjoyed singing as well as dance. She would also perform puppet shows for youngsters in the area. After winning the Baby Miss San Fernando Valley contest when she was 6 years old, Pat Domigan called from Jack Wormser Agency to see what she thought about getting into the world of entertainment. McCormick's first big job was in 1964 which was when she appeared in a television commercial featuring Mattels baby doll, Baby Pattaburp. She subsequently starred as Chatty Cathy in a commercial before being cast in the show Wind It up and It's Broken in the La Jolla Playhouse. The Brady Bunch McCormick won the 1969 audition of 1200 kids to be the youngest of three twin daughters in The Brady Bunch TV series The Brady Bunch, starring Florence Henderson as a newlywed together with Robert Reed. This show lasted for five seasons. In her book Heres the Story: Surviving Marcia Brady and Finding My True Voice which was published in 2008 McCormick admitted that in the shows fifth season she almost lost her virginity to her onscreen co-star and brother Barry Williams. In the moment, she was just 16 years old and he was 19. It would have happened she stated, but the time wasn't right for us.
