Lesley Ann Brandt was a South Africa actress and model born on the 2nd of December, 1981. Her most prominent roles are in television and movies. Having started her acting career through the New Zealand sitcom Diplomatic Immunity Brandt's American debut came in the form of her second role, playing Naevia in the historical drama Spartacus: Blood and Sand. The actress has appeared on numerous shows over the past decade and included in them Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies The Librarians as well as Spartacus: Gods of the Arena. Brandt plays Mazikeen, a character in Tom Ellis Lauren German Kevin Alejandro's urban fantasy Lucifer. Brandt was raised as a child in Cape Town South Africa. In her later teens, she moved with her family to Auckland New Zealand. Brandt's career started as a fashion model, appearing in television commercials and magazine advertisements. Her meteoric rise as a supermodel started when she was working in retail and IT recruitment. On the New Zealand sitcom Diplomatic Immunity in which she played Leilani F'auigaese in 2009, her debut role secured. In 2021, she made her debut appearance on Spartacus Blood and Sand on Starz. She was a slave named Naevia. Additionally, she reprised the Naevia character in the prequel Miniseries Spartacus Gods of the Arena. Craig Parker co-starred in three TV series: Diplomatic Immunity (2009), Spartacus (1010) and Legend of the Seeker 2008 together with her. The role she was playing first came to her in Mazikeen as a demon who hunts for bounty in Netflix's hit show Lucifer. It is her largest role up to now. The show features her co-starring along with Tom Ellis Lauren german Kevin Alejandro D. B. Woodside.
